What a resource
My friend in a previous blog post posted a website, walkjogrun.net. Not sure why she has kept this to herself, but its ace. I cycle three times a week now, and its good to not only plan routes (although its not cycle friendly, just runner friendly), but its better to work our where I have been, for what miles and for how many calories. For instance, you can put in your weight, time it took you to do the route and bingo, I burnt 640calories. Woot. Everyone enjoy.
