Well, i must say i like my phone. It does everything i need to - sync with my PC at work and home. It can post to my flickr account or blog, it can take OK photos and its blackberry enabled. I do like the iPhone, but its not worth the money. O2 are going to do a big launch on its release date, but I am not truely sure it will pick up as much as America did.
They are a blackberry nation, and make a fortune on many similar style and for like phones and services. Although a big market still here for businesses, how many business men can you imagine with an iPhone? Not my bosses. Infact, one of our MDs bought he P1i as he liked mine that much! Its a nice way of having a blackberry. The iPhone isn’t big enough to use as a good MP3 player. Its not flexible enough to use with PC and Macs at the same time, and certainely doesnt have a good enough camera.
I am very cautious of my P1i being touchscreen incase it gets scratched or damaged when i write/type or play with it. I don’t too like the idea of a fully touchscreen device. Besides, give it a year to get the bugs out, get a bigger HD and thiner case and I might think about it when my phone is due for an update…. reminds me - must cancel old contract this month with orange!
